Yes. All internal work happens in Latvian or English — most Latvian clients brief us in Latvian and we deliver in either language, including bilingual (LV/EN) websites with proper hreflang setup.
Are you based in Rīga?

Yes. LAPA Studio is a Rīga-based boutique studio. We work in person with local clients when useful, and remotely with clients across Europe.
Do you issue Latvian VAT invoices?

Yes. Full Latvian invoices with reg. Nr. and PVN, standard 21% VAT for Latvian businesses, reverse-charge for other EU VAT-registered entities.
