How We Work

A four-phase engagement, from first call to launch. Every phase ends with a clear deliverable and a decision — no open-ended retainers, no scope drift.

Discovery & Positioning
One 60-minute call, a written brief, a positioning document. We only start design work when the positioning is tight — because rewriting a designed site is 5× the cost of rewriting a brief.
Week 1
02
Design & Direction
Art direction, typography, layout system, key page designs. One round of substantive feedback, one round of polish. We design the whole story before writing a line of code.
Weeks 2–4
03
Build & Content
Custom build on the right stack for the brief — Shopify, Webflow, WordPress or headless Next.js. Real content, real photography, real integrations wired up before launch.
Weeks 4–8
04
Launch & Handover
Full QA, Core Web Vitals check, analytics and search-console setup, editor training. We stay on retainer for 30 days after launch. After that, you own it — no lock-in.
